3. Orders

To place an order, the customer must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract. Any order placed on our site constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

4. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. Chevalblanc Eyewear reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

6. Delivery

Chevalblanc Eyewear offers various delivery options, with delivery times and fees specified at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason. Returns are at the customer’s expense unless a defect is found.
